So, I thought it would be fun to personify the ADDIE model. I placed ADDIE in an interview setting so she could tell us a little about herself. For more engagement, I added a comic book flavor. I hope you enjoy the diversion! Includes custom drag and drop and graded knowledge check.
Developed in Google Slides as an animated scenario for pre-work training. The speech bubbles fade in and out as the conversation builds for the sales objection handling scenario. (scrubbed content)
This is a PowerPoint storyboard created for a microlearning video What Was the First Word? the Origin of Language.
Check out this microlearning video What Was the First Word? The Origin of Language, using Vyond software. This showcases my ability to develop audio and video from content I created from a storyboard shown above.
The courses are proprietary content, but I'm happy to talk about the courses built using the ADDIE and Rapid Prototype models. I collaborated with multiple global teams, consulted with SMEs and stakeholders, used actionable objectives, storyboarding, and implemented iteration of designs. Developed using LearnDash and H5P for interactions. Please visit the site for a better understanding of the goals for these courses: https://sustainablelivingguide.org/
I used Vyond, a really fun tool to create this explainer video.
Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging are topics of special interest to me. How we practice these behaviors has a connection to biases. Our unconscious biases direct many of our thoughts that sway our thinking and behavior toward other people. Isn't that fascinating?
And doesn't that explain a lot?
This tutorial guides a Vyond user on how to build a character. Camtasia was the cool tool used for its creation. Please disregard the watermark, I created this as a grad student while working with a free trial, so the watermark stays.
Here's an eLearning project containing videos and knowledge checks to inform aspiring Performance Consultants developed with Articulate Storyline for Dr. Karl Kapp, a well-known author, professor and one of the brains behind Gamification. The course was developed for one of his university courses. I would be glad to discuss this sample with you.
Here's an example of a guide developed for university professors using Adobe Captivate containing mostly content, videos, and links to other resources. This guide assisted faculty with all of the ins and outs of advising students. I would be glad to discuss this sample with you.
Diversity and Inclusion Equals a Partnership for Success was a team project developed in Adobe Captivate. This solution (much abbreviated) was a presentation for a Request for Proposal (RFP). I formatted the design and wrote the script, objectives and knowledge checks for the solution. Please follow the link to check it out!
